Our subconscious protects us by setting up specific ‘parts’ of our personality to deal with trauma or special needs the individual may require.
Hypnotherapy is a technique used to unlock the subconscious and remove problematic behaviors of a psychological nature. When a person voluntarily undergoes hypnosis, they are in a natural state of highly focused attention often associated with relaxation, and heightened suggestibility. All hypnosis is self-directed and self-controlled, and a hypnotist cannot make you do things against your will.
The most frequent clinical uses of hypnosis include treatment for managing: anxiety, phobias, pain, stress, and grief. It is also used for breaking bad habits, recalling forgotten experiences, and past life regression.
The number of sessions may vary depending on the goal of the treatment.
Reiki is a natural healing system designed to assist in healing and help achieve balance. It is administered by a practitioner, who serves as a conduit through whom the Universal Life Energy can be transmitted to the recipient, by either hands-on or distance healing techniques.
